German Development Cooperation with Cambodia

The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) commissions implementing organizations to realize the projects. All activities are funded completely by the German national budget.

In Cambodia, the offices of Centrum für Internationale Migration und Entwicklung (CIM), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH, Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst (DED), Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gGmbh (InWEnt) and KfW Entwicklungsbank complement one another’s activities and improve the overall efficiency of Germany’s development aid to Cambodia. In addition, there is a close cooperation with the German Embassy.
